St. Francis - St. Maximilian Parish at 62811 New Haven Road, Ray, MI 48096 US - Adopt a County Road

Adopt a County Road

ADOPT A COUNTY ROAD
April 20, 2013

St. Francis – St. Maximilian has adopted
two county roads. We have taken
North Avenue from 28 Mile to 29 Mile,
and New Haven Road from North Avenue
to Omo Road. Cleaning the road will
allow us to “do our part” to help keep
our environment clean and beautiful.
This will also ensure that the roads surrounding
our church are always well
kept. In addition we will get a sign of
recognition from the county!
We will be cleaning the road twice a
year, and we need your help.
We have scheduled the third cleanup for Saturday
April 20, 2013. We will meet at 8:30 am
in the social hall. We will review safety
procedures before we start. We will
provide you with an orange safety vest
to wear. You should wear long sleeves,
long pants, gloves and shoes or boots
(no sandals or flip flops). This project
should only take us a couple of hours,
but remember more hands make less
work.
